History and Mission of Athens Sunrise

Athens Sunrise Rotary was chartered in August, 2016 by a group of Rotarians inspired to form an energetic and close-knit club in the Athens community. Athens Sunrise had humble beginnings, but  has steadily been growing and adapting with each new member since our inception.

Athens Sunrise Rotary is affiliated with Rotary International and operates within Rotary District 6690. We focus our service efforts on local projects and global causes. Our members are avid supporters of the End Polio Now movement and regularly contribute to the Polio Plus Fund.
Athens Sunrise Rotary values service, fellowship and fun! We are relaxed and welcoming to all.
